MovingMinds 2012

Register TODAY to be part of the first annual MovingMinds event where we are creating a physical activity movement for university employees (faculty and staff). With support from the Healthy Workplace Initiatives Program Fund by the UBC Department of Health, Safety and Environment, this break-time event has been created to show how people with a busy lifestyle can find work/life balance by incorporating incremental physical activity into their work schedules. In support of UBC's Focus on People initiative, we strive to improve the daily workplace practices of UBC employees.

This event is now FREE! We would like to see as many people participating in this exciting event as possible. MovingMinds 2012 encourages UBC employees to incorporate incremental physical activity into their busy day. This can be done during your coffee break in 10 minute bouts, so get out of your chair and get walking!

Registration details coming soon!

Donations to United Way of the Lower Mainland will be accepted on event day. Brought to you by the School of Kinesiology – The BodyWorks Fitness Centre and the Kinesiology Undergraduate Society.
